So here I am...I'm about to cross through the barrier of complacency. I want to find that bubbly person that I used to be. I don't know where I lost her? She is calling me though, I can hear her, I just have to work my way to getting her back. I want to be that person who has energy physically to do more things, go further. And I want more energy emotionally to get excited about things in everyday life instead of forever being hung up on food and my appearance. This is the beginning of big changes.
