Gains Weight:
Mostly gained in my legs and hips.
Lifestyle (prior to program):
Exercise a little once or twice a week.
Background: I just want to win this battle. So that is why I am trying to do this. And honestly I need the support. :)
Goals: I really want to get down to 16% body fat. I weigh 130 right now. I am close to a skinny fat. Very soft and mushy. I want to be toned all over, I want to have legs I am proud of, which I can't really imagine. I want to continue running, but go from an 11 minute mile, to 9.
